ProTrax collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), and information generated through use of the app (job data, customer contacts, project notes, material requests, appointments, and deliveries). Sales performance data imported into the Crest Sales Rep Tracker is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We use the information collected to provide and improve the ProTrax service — including syncing your projects, customers, and job data in real time across your devices via Supabase (our cloud database provider). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Project and customer data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Sales report data imported into the Crest Sales Rep Tracker (commission history, GM%, customer rankings) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to external servers.
When you invite customers to ProTrax, their account information (name, email) is stored securely and is only accessible to the sales rep who invited them. Customers can only view their own job data — they cannot see other customers' information or any rep-side analytics.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@protrax.app. Job and customer data tied to your account will be permanently removed within 30 days of the request.
ProTrax uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (web hosting), and Apple App Store / Google Play (app distribution). Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy.
ProTrax is designed for professional use by sales representatives and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of ProTrax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
